Our family’s home is the host site for a local CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Farm. Every Monday afternoon, friends and neighbors come to our house to pick up their ‘shares’ of Seasonal Organic Vegetables, Tree Ripened Fruit, Fresh Egg’s, Baked Bread, Just Picked Flowers and even micro brewed beers and blended wines. The plethora of food is organic and picked within a day of Grant Family Farms delivering it. We have had a fun time creating menus to include the vegetables in our meals and my wife created a fantastic dinner which also included not having to turn the oven on, which is a benefit during the summer months.
Dice: Cold Steak, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Onions, Cilantro, Zucchini and Radishes
Slice: Fresh Brochette Thinly and Toast
Drizzle on Toasted Brochette: Olive Oil and salt to taste
Pile On: Vegetable and Steak mixture
